The search for wealth and prosperity led to India's colonization from the British's. The conquest to trade especially in spices, and fragrances were also one of the main things to colonizing India. India had many profitable recourses that the Britain's did not have, for a while Britain's came to India for their profitable resources but Britain's eventually became greedy wanted the resources to be theirs.
