The fundamental question in mcculloch v. maryland involved the
Alexxandr [17]
The fundamental question in mcculloch v. maryland involved the ability of the U.S. government to pass laws not listed in the U.S. Constitution!

McCulloch v. Maryland, 17 U.S. 316 (1819), was a decision by the U.S Supreme Court. The state of Maryland had attempted to halt operation of a branch of the Second Bank of the U.S. by imposing a tax on all money of banks not chartered in Maryland. The law applied to all banks not based in Maryland. This Second Bank was, in Maryland, was the only out-of-state bank then, so the law was specifically made for the Second Bank. Then Court created the "Necessary and Proper Clause" of the Constitution, which allowed the Federal government to pass laws not mentioned in the Constitution's powers. It was a go-around way from following the Constitution.

GOOD LUCK!!!! :)

fgiga [73]

The effects of Germanic invasions are:

  • High disruption of trade.
  • Downfall of cities
  • Population shifts
  • Decline of learning
  • Loss of a common language

Due to the mix-up of German-speaking peoples with the Roman population, language changed.  The growth of different languages lead to a continued breakup of a once unified empire.

Merchants were known to faced invasions from both land and sea. This lead to their businesses collapsing. The destruction of trade was known to have destroyed Europe's cities as economic centers.

Explain Hitler's childhood and life with his parents.
borishaifa [10]

Answer:

The relationship between Hitler and his father, such as it was, could be described as minimal, if not nonexistent. Alois was a distant man at best, who believed in whipping his children for the slightest offense, which he believed would teach them discipline. He never called Hitler by name; rather when he summoned him, he did so by whistling, as one would call a dog, by placing two fingers in his mouth and uttering a loud whistle.
