At one point in Romeo and Juliet, the character of the servant is given a guest-list containing the names of the people he's supposed to invite to a party that is going to be celebrated. The problem is that he cannot read, that's why he needs Romeo's help and ends up asking him for assistance. <u>The servant goes up to Romeo and asks whether or not he is able to read</u> in order to help him out.
