Well, all we have to do to figure out if Ms. Lee’s offer is reasonable is multiply the unit price ($18) by 7

18 x 7 = 126

Since she offered $146, she could actually purchase 8 pennants for $144

Therefore, her answer wouldn’t be reasonable
