Let the length and breadth be l + 2 and l

Now,

\large \sf \: Area = l + 2 \times l

\large \sf \: 63 = l + 2 \times \: l

\large \sf \: 63 = 2l +  {l}^{2}

\large \sf \:   {l}^{2}  + 2l - 63 = 0

\large \sf \:  {l}^{2} (9l - 7l) - 63 = 0

\large \sf \: l(l + 9) - 7(l  +  9)

Either

or,

Length can't be negative,

So,

L = 9
