Mario sets up an experiment to determine the source of the oxygen gas produced by photosynthesis. To determine this, he uses an

isotope of oxygen called O-18. He labels the O-18 oxygen so he can follow its path through photosynthesis. Plant A is given carbon dioxide that contains the O-18 isotope. Plant B is given water that contains the O-18 isotope. When he examines the oxygen from both plants, only plant B produced O-18 oxygen. What conclusion should he draw about the source of oxygen produced through photosynthesis?

Mario sets up an experiment to determine the source of the oxygen gas produced by photosynthesis. To determine this, he uses an isotope of oxygen called O-18. This indicates that the source of oxygen is water. The photosynthesis involves the transfer of electrons between the photosystem I and II. The water gets split into oxygen, hydrogen ions and electrons in the photosystem I. The electrons move to the photosystem II where the carbon fixation into sugars takes place. The plant A will have O-18 isotope in its synthesised sugar molecule, which gets stored inside it.

lilavasa [31]

TAS-120 helps the patients in becoming resistant to BGJ398 and FGFR2 mutations.

Anti-tumor activity has been observed in the patient with intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC) that activates ATP-competitive fibroblast growth factor receptor gene fusions. This results in resistance and results in the development of mutation of FGFR2 kinase.

It was further reported in 4 patients with FGFR2 that they developed Debio 1347. It was due to the activation of TAS-120 that fight the FGFR2.TAS-120 is the inhibitor of FGFR and it is irreversible. In patients with FGFR2, an increase in the duration of FGFR inhibition, FGFR inhibitors can be sequenced in a planned manner along with the biopsy.

TAS-120 helps the patients in becoming resistant to BGJ398 and FGFR2 mutations.

romanna [79]

Answer:

Gastrula

Explanation:

A hollow shaped embryonic structure formed after two weeks of fertilization with three layers is known as gastrula.

The gastrula is formed from the repeated division of the single-layered structured called blastula which later forms three layers called ectoderm, endoderm and mesoderm.

These layers during the process of gastrulation from different organs of the multicellular organisms like the endoderm forms the liver, the ectoderm form the nervous system, the skeletal bone and many others.

Since gastrula structure contains three dermal layers therefore gastrula is the correct answer.
