Answer:

Research has shown that hunter-gatherers had a much better diet and, healthier body than farmers. Because they had more food intake and, more nutrients in their diets.  Generally, hunter-gatherers did not have to do as much labor as farmers did. The disadvantage of being a hunter-gatherer is not being able to find food or, being physically hurt by something your'e trying to eat. (Like, an animal.)
