They hold their leaders accountable to set a strong vision and define palpable objectives that are achievable. Effective followers are also critical thinkers, but with a positive attitude.

So, basically, to bring goodness to the world. There's already a lot of bad people out there, so why add more it to? Why not add more good people? Sure, being good is tuff, but it's worth the shot. Just because you being good and not getting noticed doesn't mean that you should stop. You may quit, but then that means that you are a quitter. And you left the path Jesus had planned for you and went the easy way. There will be two paths, one good, but with thorns, and one bad, with few obstacles that you can dodge on the way. It's your choice. Do you want to suffer by being good or do you want to suffer in the end by being bad? Every bad thing has its consequence. And you'll have to pay for it.
