Answer:

The French Revolution lasted 10 years from 1789 to 1799. It began on July 14, 1789 when revolutionaries stormed a prison called the Bastille. Before the French Revolution, the people of France were divided into social groups called "Estates." The First Estate included the clergy (church leaders), the Second Estate included the nobles, and the Third Estate included the commoners. Most of the people were members of the Third Estate. The Third Estate paid most of the taxes, while the nobility lived lives of luxury and got all the high-ranking jobs.

Hope this helped, if it didn't I'll add on more.

Why did many Americans wish to remain neutral and not take sides in the growing conflicts in Europe
aleksandr82 [10.1K]

Answer:

The reason why the Americans wanted to remain neutral and not take sides in the growing conflicts in Europe is because we simply didn't want to get in war that isn't our fight neither want to send troops to Europe and fight over there and waist tax payers money instead use it and others ways. Its like two people arguing because usually people let the other two argue and dont interfere because they dont want to get caught up in it and its not their problem.
