How does the brainstorming technique of mapping help in writing a research paper?

Because this helps you to stay organized. It helps to keep up on track of things when writing a research paper. Without mapping (planning, graphing, etc.) you won't have a straight research. You want to keep everything in order, to where it's all nice and neat, so you will know how to put things in order or whatever. I hope I helped love!
