anyone know how to patch up a large dog with a knife wound, we got no vets were we are at and whenever i patch up the wound on t

he dogs neck it just breaks open after he scratches it. any ideas please

rap it up the take a old shirt and put it on it so the dog can't get to it I live on a ranch and this helps me a lot so
