Answer:

D: 70°

Step-by-step explanation:

Answer:

The answer would be (D 70 degrees

Step-by-step explanation:

Each triangle is 180 degrees. 180 - 40 equals 140. 140 divided by two equals 70.

Hope this helps ^^✨

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Hi there! First thing I want to say is that I will have a photo attached to this problem. If you don't see it or need any more clear explanation, please don't hesitate to reach out! Anyways, I will go step by step for this problem and also include a definition.

Okay, what we have here is a right triangle, which has a 90 degree angle. And we have two sides and want to find the other side. With this problem, we will use the pythagorean theorem. The pythagorean theorem is an equation or formula that helps someone to find a side of a 90 degree right triangle, when two sides are presented.

Formula: a² + b² = c²

a would be the height of the triangle, b would be the length, and c is the hypotenuse of the triangle.

What we have so far is b and c. b is 3 and c is 5. So with that in mind we will replace b and c with the numbers we are given. And then solve from there...

a² + b² = c²

a² + 3² = 5²

a² + 9 = 25

      -9     -9

a² = 16

\sqrt{a^{2} } = \sqrt{16}

a = 4

There you go! And you can always go back and check your answer! I hope this helped, if not please ask and don't be afraid! And I again have attached a picture of the work! Have a great day!

How much candy corn is in this jar?! How can I tell! Please help
Alisiya [41]

Honestly, I don't think there is a certain method or anything to find how much candy corn there is in that jar. Try counting and rounding or just take a solid guess ! You'll maybe be closer to the answer by taking a solid guess ! Good luck :)

What is the measure of an interior angle of a regular polygon iwth 15 sides
KiRa [710]
To find the measure of an interior angle of any regular polygon, we use the formula:

180 * (n-2)  / n,

where n is the number of sides in the regular polygon.

Therefore, if there are 15 sides in the regular polygon, your answer would be

180 * (15-2) / 15,

or when simplified,

180 * 13 / 15

2340 / 15

156 degrees.

Thus, the measure of an interior angle of a regular polygon with 15 sides is 156 degrees.

How to solve a quadratic formula
Deffense [45]
Well the quadratic formula is just:
x = -b + and - the square root of b^2 - 4ac all divided by 2a. You just plug in numbers and get an answer for x.
