The answer is letter A.

All the other choices except A are effective ways of controlling hypertension. This disease is condition in which pressure in the blood is beyond its normal capacity. This is usually a result of heredity and lifestyle choices. Obesity and heart diseases are among the many progressive conditions that can result from having hypertension. All three are considered to be positive life choices while letter A is not. Adding caloric intake does the opposite of preventing hypertension.
