Answer:

C

Explanation:

"The indirect object of a verb receives the direct object. In effect, the action moves from the subject, through the verb, to the direct object and then the indirect object."

Here's some examples:

Sue passed Ann the ball.

The teacher gave the class some homework.

I read her the letter.

John bought Mary a ring.

John brought Mary some flowers.

Analyze the way that Dante introduces the narrator in Canto I. Examine how the choices the author makes introducing the characte
ziro4ka [17]
Dante introduces the narrator as someone who is completely lost, confused, and alone. He says "I cannot well repeat how there I entered, So full was I of slumber at the moment In which I had abandoned the true way." This quote shows that he was so sleepy that he lost his way and has no idea how he got to where he currently is.

The reader can connect with the narrator because at one point or another, most people have felt like the path they were on has been lost. They also are at the same starting position as the narrator who does not really know much about the world he is encountering. This way the reader and the narrator can discover the rest of the story and world together.

jeka57 [31]

Answer:

Explanation:

It's the first line. All the others are of a general nature. Wise men, good men, wild men, grave men, but not in the 6th part, the address shifts to the poets father. The theme does not shift, just who the poet is addressing.
