An absolute statement refers to a statement that expresses a phenomenon or an event that is only in one way or another or that occurs, in the same way, all time, because of this absolute statements include words such as all, always, in any time, etc. In science, these statements are controversial because although some phenomenons are laws or usually happen most phenomena are not absolute. This is the type of statement in "The moon can always be seen from every part of the earth" because this expresses a natural phenomenon occurs all the time in any place which means it is absolute.
