It is most habitable like Earth because it's soil contain water extract as the Earth, it is not too hot or too cold just like the Earth,there is enough sunlight to use as solar panel and photosynthesis, it has atmosphere that protect it from cosmic Ray's or solar radiation and it's day and night is similar to the Earth 24 hours rhythm.
