Answer:

mean is basically the average, you add all the values togheter and then divide the sum by the number of values

the median is the number in the middle if you put all the values in the correct order from least to greatest.

mode is the value that's repeated the most! hope this helps!

There are 2000 pounds in a ton - so the rino weighs 3.75 x 2000 = 7500 pounds

a percentage can be converted to a decimal - if you want to know what 3.8% of a number is, move the decimal two spaces to the left 3.8% is 0.038 -

Multiply 7500 pounds by 0.038 - the answer is 285 pounds.

Sidana [21]

This is an incomplete question, here is a complete question.

A hurricane wind blows across a 7.00 m × 12.0 m flat roof at a speed of 150 km/h.

What is the pressure difference Δp = p(inside)-p(outside)? Use 1.28 kg/m³ for the density of air. Treat the air as an ideal fluid obeying Bernoulli's equation.

Answer : The pressure difference will be, 1.11\times 10^3Pa

Step-by-step explanation :

As we are given:

Speed = 150 km/h = 41.66 m/s

Density = \rho=1.28kg/m^3

Area = A = 7.00 m × 12.0 m

Formula used :

\Delta P=\frac{1}{2}\times \rho \times v^2

Now put all the given values in this formula, we get:

\Delta P=\frac{1}{2}\times (1.28kg/m^3)\times (41.66m/s)^2

\Delta P=1.11\times 10^3Pa

Thus, the pressure difference will be, 1.11\times 10^3Pa

Joseph’s garden is 9 feet wide and 12 feet long. Alana’s garden is 7 feet wide and 25 feet long.
Bogdan [553]
Area = length × width

Joseph: 12 × 9 = 108 feet
Alana: 25 × 7 = 175 feet

175 feet - 108 feet = 67 feet

Answer: Alana's garden is greater by 67 feet compared to Joseph's
