so{ (-3+4)/2,(1+6)/2}={(x+(-1))/2,(y+4)/2}

(1/2,7/2)={(x-1)/2,(y+4)/2}

x-1=1

x=1+1=2

(y+4)/2=7/2

y+4=7

y=7-4=3

so D is (2,3)
