The feeling/sense of guilt in The God of Small Things?
neonofarm [45]
I love this book!
But I am not sure what you mean with your question (it's missing a verb).

But if you're looking for more information: The sense of guilt in this book is often created by other characters, when they're trying to come to terms with some tragedy (such as many characters being blamed for Sophie Mol's death). So in a way, guilt can function as an explanation. But also it's created by the social norms (as when Estha feels guilty because of the Orangedrink man).

What is a tragic flaw?
fgiga [73]

The correct answer is C. a weakness in a central character of high rank and personal quality.

A flaw is some bad characteristic that people have, so it cannot possibly be a strength - therefore, options B and D are incorrect. Tragic flaws are usually about protagonists, main characters, because minor characters are not as important. Tragic flaw is some characteristic of the protagonist that makes him/her do something that will result in a tragedy.
