kvasek [131]
By not judging a book by it's cover or a person by their appearance, you...
- Can make new friends
- See the world through a different perspective
- Understand why people act the way they do (if the girl with the attitude is really a mean person or is she going through something...?)
- Get to see someone's true beauty; the more you know someone, the more beautiful they are.

how dose proctor feel about the court and mary warrens part in the proceedings? how has mary warren changed
butalik [34]

Proctor believes that since he warned Mary to avoid Salem, the court is unqualified to judge him.

How has Mary Warren changed?
She won't follow John Proctor's orders. She has greater self-assurance and isn't a scared, timid servant.

In Arthur Miller's drama The Crucible, Mary Warren appears as a character. She works as John Proctor's maid and, in accordance with historical accounts, is one of the accusers in the Abigail Williams-led Salem witch hunt. Mary Warren has a very weak character and frequently caves in to pressure.

Mary Warren is instructed by Proctor to testify against Abigail in court. Mary Warren confides in Proctor that she worries Abigail and the others would turn on her if she testifies against them.

Based on what you learned in lines 1 through 5 what does monoculture mean in the passage worth more than gold by amy charles?
erastovalidia [21]
Monoculture means that all of a certain crop or species of plant are made up of the exact same DNA. This can be beneficial to farmers, since it means that their crops will all likely be ready to be harvested at about the same time, or it can be terrible for farmers, since a bacteria or other substance that is bad for one plant can instead kill an entire field of crops.
