A) The active site of enzyme would not bind perfectly to this reactant molecule, it would be a sub optimal binding of enzyme molecule to reactant. However, since active site of the enzyme would be occupied, it would not be able to bind to correct substrate and do its function. Therefore, enzyme reaction would sub-optimal/slow or completely negative depending on the specificity of active site and its binding to the reactant molecule.

Enzyme activity will be highest at its optimum temperature.

At temperatures far below the optimum, the enzyme does not possess enough energy to work (i.e. the molecules aren't moving fast enough because of the higher temperature to increase collisions). This is called the activation energy.

At high temperatures, the enzyme can become denatured, warping its shape and catalytic activity. This means its activity will drop quite quickly until it can no longer function.
