Answer: The enclosure movement encouraged industrialization in Great Britain because it took place in England in the Early 1700s. Under this the wealthy farmers bought the land from small farmers and gained huge profits by farming on huge tracts of land. So the industrial revolution encouraged them to give up their land in the rural areas, and thus encouraged the Enclosure Movement .
