Answer:

Plessy v. Ferguson

Explanation:

Plessy v. Ferguson's landmark case happened in 1896. when African American Homer Plessey refused to sit in a separate car for black people. The laws that proclaimed these racial segregations were called Jim Crow laws. The came comes from the parody of black people, song Jump Jim Crow. It enforced racial separation of the public space, so African American people couldn’t be mixed with white people. We can see on the photo that protestor is declaring “Jim Crow must go” which means the racial laws must be revoked.

The case changed the laws to the “separate but equal” doctrine, which declared that facilities and spaces for all races must be equal in quality.

Answer:

Production-orientation

Explanation:

According to my research on the stages of marketing thought, I can say that based on the information provided within the question Bates Manufacturing is acting as if it is in the Production-orientation. This is any business that focuses mainly on choosing to ignore their customer's needs and concentrate only on efficiently building a quality product. Therefore by having a unique quality product they believe it will attract all the customers they need. Which is what Bates Manufacturing is doing with their furniture.

A long-term care facility's policy is that a patient's door must remain open when meeting with visitors. which of the following
Natasha2012 [34]
There is no given choices. However, when I searched for a possible answer to this question, I stumbled across an article that states the following:

The Long-Term Care Homes Act includes a Residents’ Bill of Rights. Right number 8 states that “every resident has the right to be afforded privacy in treatment and in caring for his or her personal needs”.

Resident Right 21 entitles residents the right to meet with a spouse or other person in a room that assures privacy.

The patient has the right to his or her privacy not only to do her personal hygiene activities but also when he or she is meeting with his or her visitors.
