Iteru [2.4K]

Answer:

See explanations.

Explanation:

If you’re having trouble beginning an exercise plan or following through, you’re not alone. Many of us struggle getting out of the sedentary rut, despite our best intentions.

You already know there are many great reasons to exercise—from improving energy, mood, sleep, and health to reducing anxiety, stress, and depression. And detailed exercise instructions and workout plans are just a click away. But if knowing how and why to exercise was enough, we’d all be in shape. Making exercise a habit takes more—you need the right mindset and a smart approach.

While practical concerns like a busy schedule or poor health can make exercise more challenging, for most of us, the biggest barriers are mental. Maybe it’s a lack of self-confidence that keeps you from taking positive steps, or your motivation quickly flames out, or you get easily discouraged and give up. We’ve all been there at some point.

Whatever your age or fitness level—even if you’ve never exercised a day in your life —there are steps you can take to make exercise less intimidating and painful and more fun and instinctive.

saveliy_v [14]

Answer:

Due to their hole size.

Explanation:

Some molecules can pass directly through the phospholipid bilayer because of their small size which can easily pass through the small holes of phospholipid bilayer, while those that are too large or too charged need to pass through a membrane protein because membrane protein has a large holes through which large molecules can easily pass through the semi-permeable membrane of the cell by active or passive transport.

What are Medel’s THREE Laws of inheritance? please explain any one of these laws
DerKrebs [107]

The law of segragation, the law of independent assortment, and the law of dominance.

1) The Law of Segregation: Each inherited trait is defined by a gene pair. Parental genes are randomly separated to the sex cells in order that sex cells contain only 1 gene of the pair. Offspring therefore inherit one genetic allele from each parent when sex cells unite in fertilization.

2) The Law of Independent Assortment: Genes for various traits are sorted separately from each other in order that the inheritance of 1 trait isn't smitten by the inheritance of another.

3) The Law of Dominance: An organism with alternate types of a gene will express the shape that's dominant.
