describe the two-state solution with respect to Isreal and palestine. what are the prospects for success?
salantis [7]

The so called two-state solution is a proposition of a solution to the Israeli–Palestinian conflict. The idea is of "having two States for two different groups of people." The two-state solution intends to create an independent State of Palestine next to the State of Israel, in the west of the Jordan River. The biggest problems is how to divide both countries, since the boundary between the two states is still subject to troubling arguments and disputes. The Palestinian and Arab leadership insist on the "1967 borders", has not been accepted by Israel.

As long as the problem of the boarders are not solved regarding Jerusalem, the Two State Solution will not be the one to solve the problem

Was expanding their empire worth it to the Romans? I NEED HELP!!!
VMariaS [17]

Answer:

It is perhaps surprising to learn that the Roman Empire is only around the 28th largest in history. It punches above its weight in terms of influence. Its sheer physical size shouldn’t be underestimated, however. It grew to around 1.93 million square miles, containing about 21 per cent of the world’s population (by an estimate) at its greatest extent in the early second century.

Which of the following factors led to the mass immigration of Midwesterners to the Southwest? Select all that apply.
Sonja [21]

The correct answer is A: Drought and D: Better-paying jobs.

In the 1930s, farmers from the Midwestern Dust Bowl states, especially Oklahoma and Arkansas, began to move to California. A drought outbreak in the 1930s allowed dust storms to carry away topsoil, darkening the sky even at mid-day, As families realized that the drought and dust storms would not end, some sold what they could not take and began to migrate southwest. Many hoped to become hired hands on California farms.
