Answer: Polytheism is the worship of or belief in multiple deities . Which are usually assembled into a pantheon of gods and goddesses, along with their own religions and rituals . Many ancient civilizations believed in polytheism and worshipped numerous gods. In Christianity, polytheism does not exist because the religion acknowledges only one god . Polytheism characterizes virtually all religions other than Judaism, Christianity, and Islam, which share a common tradition of monotheism, the belief in one God.

ki77a [65]
I would say that the Mayan and Aztec civilizations influence would be especially in the architecture of their buildings and pyramids. The Mayans had well laid out stone complexes complete with temples, ball courts and had carved stelae or mythical figures in the complexes. The Aztecs had pyramids also, like the Temples of the Sun and Moon at Tenochtitlan near Mexico laid out according to their astronomical observations.

In response to the demand for internal improvements, President James Madison: signed into law John Calhoun’s bill for federally
Lunna [17]

Answer:

Called for a constitutional amendment to empower the federal government to build roads and canals.

Explanation:

During President Madison second term the US had grown rapidly, the nation had gone bigger and transport and communication across the territory became a challenge.

New roads and canals were needed so the country could develop, Madison knew that. But he believed that the Congress did not have the authority to build them, so he defended that the Constitution should be amended so the federal government was authorized to build them.

Congress did not agree with that and did not amend the Constitution, instead, they passed the Bonus Bill, that was vetoed by Madison exactly because he believed that the federal government did not have the power to carry the execution of those powers.

How were some of the pull factors for Western expansion codified?
givi [52]
Some of the pull factor codes were things like the Homestead acts which were a series of acts on land allocation. For example, if you went westwards, the country would give you a huge piece of land which would become fully yours after five years of successful agricultural business.
