Answer:

In Fraction  = 10/100  simplified =  1/10

Decimal = 0.1

Percentage = 10%

Step-by-step explanation:

We add all marbles = 5+ 3+ 2 = 10

Event 1 = Red  = 5/10

Event 2 = Green = 2/10

We follow this path and multiply =  2 x 5 /  10 x 10 =  10/100 = 1/10

Urban rail systems have been proposed to alleviate traffic congestion, but results in many cities have been cited as evidence th
BartSMP [9]

Answer:

C) fails to consider that commuting trips may cause significantly more than 20 percent of the traffic congestion

Step-by-step explanation:

The correct option is - C) fails to consider that commuting trips may cause significantly more than 20 percent of the traffic congestion

Reason -

Option A is incorrect because the statistics can not be incorrect.

Option B is incorrect because they are not talking about the city.

Option C is correct because Urban rail reduces congestion.

Option D is incorrect because the opposers cited the example of one city and the supporters are presenting evidence in the case of that city itself.

Option E is incorrect because they are providing an explanation for why the commuters data given by opposers is not relevant. The opposers talked about commuters.

Katena32 [7]
4x+4(3)+4(2)=y
4x+20=y
X equals the amount it cost for each ticket which is unknown. Y equals the total cost. Because the amount of the food is provided, it can be calculated unlike the tickets which is just left at 4x. The work for the snacks are upwards. Its mostly substitution.

Jack’s shipping company has to transport boxes of industrial nuts and industrial bolts to its clients. Each box of industrial nu
Ipatiy [6.2K]

Answer:

The correct option is B.

Step-by-step explanation:

Let the boxes of nuts be x and the boxes of bolts by y.

The weight of nut box is 100 kg and the weight of bolt box is 200 kg.The maximum weight the company’s cargo container can hold is 24,000 kilograms.

100x+200y\leq 24000

x+2y\leq 240                             .... (1)

The company needs to transport a minimum of 160 boxes per cargo container.

x+y\geq 160                             .... (2)

Plot the above inequalities on the coordinate plane.

The related equations are

x+2y=240                        .... (3)

x+y=160                           .... (4)

The x-intercept of equation 3 is (240,0) and the y-intercept is (0,120).

The x-intercept of equation 4 is (160,0) and the y-intercept is (0,160).

Check the inequality by (0,0).

0+2(0)\leq 240

0\leq 240

This statement is true, therefore the shaded region of inequality (1) contains (0,0).

x+y\geq 160

0+0\geq 160\

0\geq 160

This statement is false, therefore the shaded region of inequality (2) does not contains (0,0).

Therefore graph (2) represents the solution and option B is correct.
