I'm sorry you have to go through that! When I was 16 I was dealing with the same problem as you. My relationship with my parents were always rocky. However, I understand the eagerness of leaving your home but its tough. I know from experience and hearing people I know experiences with moving out of their parents place at a young age. However it may be tough now but don't let it get to you. Parent's are always going to be on our case or give us a hard time. Its the same with us. We most likely give them a hard time too. The only advice I can give you is focus on you. What matters right now is your mental health and school. You're only 16!! You're a kid! If you are motivated to leave your home at some point, hustle hustle hustle! Work hard in school! If you can, get a part time job and save up and gain some independence.
