Answer:Civilizations expand through trade, conflict, and exploration. Usually, all three elements must be present for a civilization to grow and remain stable for a long period of time. The physical and human geography of Southeast Asia allowed these attributes to develop in the Khmer civilization, for example.

How did the colonists Begin resisting British policies?

I am in middle school U.S History so I am not sure if this is the best answer, but I would say by boycotting, making petitions, and having meetings (such as the Sons of Liberty)  against the different acts (taxes) that England put upon them.

Please help which one is it
Artyom0805 [142]

Answer:

D

Explanation:

Looking at the image, it looks like there is some kind of spider-like insect suspended in what is probably some kind of hardened sap or amber. We cannot tell how long the insect has been captured in this substance, but we can note that it looks remarkably well-preserved. Therefore, it must be D.

Just a note that usually, any type of fossil that looks similar to this (where an organism is locked inside amber or hardened resin) is considered a "preserved remains" fossil.

Hope this helps!
