Answer and Explanation:

1. The words that describe the style of this essay are: descriptive and narrative. Since the author narrates the memories he has with his grandfather and grandmother, as well as describing how his grandfather loved scary tales and how it taught him to love that kind of story too.

2. Some words and phrases that help to establish this style are: "used", "I would hear", "Grama would say". This is because the words written in the past tense reinforce the idea of narrating memories, while the description of what the grandmother would do, reform the meaning of descriptive text.

4. The use of the word "rug" shows how memories are influenced by curious and intriguing things, because it is this word that makes the author remember that particular moment.

nordsb [41]
An argumentative form of writing must be used to persuade the citizens to vote for a new reform bill. In this manner, the pros and cons of the bill will be deliberated and decided on with much objectivity. An argumentative form of writing enables a person to lay out all the possible reasoning why the bill will work. It may also argue where the bill can be used better and how it can further improve in terms of its application to society.
