Different people have different opinions on what makes a good rapper. Things that I think make a good rapper is that they need to have good flow, meaningful lyrics that actually make sense and not just rhyme any word with another that doesn't make sense. Another thing is how they are like as a person as well. If they are a pretty decent human being and meets peoples expectations then they will be considered as a good rapper. If the person is not only ignorant but also can't rap well then they are considered bad. Like I said many people have different opinions but these are just mines.
