After the attack by the Japanese on Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941, the American military in the Pacific was severely depleted. As a result, the Japanese were able to capture much of the central and much of the western Pacific Ocean area.

These are limitations because they threaten a persons well being as well they can harm others, they are limits because when someone is truly speaking I’m violent or threatening ways we can’t always put that aside sometimes the law does have to get involved, if there was no law and we could really say anything and be as violet as we wanted, imagine how many bad people would be out there in the world.
