ehidna [41]

Answer:

The correct answer is : conflict theorists

Explanation:

For conflict theorists  the educational systems preserve the status quo and push people of lower status into obedience. According to them no matter how great your academic performance is or ability there will always be a state of imbalance.

What do oral traditions say about African society?
timama [110]

Oral traditions says about oral history, poetry, folktales, and entertainment of the people. Oral stories of Africa says about its belief, myth, taboos and tradition.

Explanation:

Oral tradition is a culture of transmission from one generation to other generation. The stories and messages can be transformed in the form of fabrics, songs, folktales etc. Without writing oral traditions make it possible to transfer stories of generations. Through these stories people make sense and pass beliefs, customs, taboos and culture from generation to generation.

It is proved very helpful in Africa as all the written scripts are in Arabic language and people found it very difficult to read. So oral story telling was the best policy.

What are the implications of the designated list of recognised subjects being revoked?
levacccp [35]
In the past, learners were required to achieve at least 50% in four specific designated subjects that were the same nationwide. However, this was recently changed - the new requirements include attaining the same percentage in any four subjects that have 20 credits from a list of subjects.
This change has certain advantages and disadvantages. The advantage is that there will be more students with better percentages applying for various high education institutions as it should now be easier for them to pick subjects they are most confident in and that will be relevant for their further education. Their focus will also be on those most important subjects for them and their studies instead of on something they might not even need in their future career.
However, a disadvantage is that students might pick subjects they find easiest just to secure their place in a university. Those subjects ultimately might not provide them with needed strategies for thinking and learning that otherwise designated subjects might have. Furthermore, some higher education institutions might have their own lists of designated subjects and minimum entry requirements that might not be the same as the student's choices

umka2103 [35]

Answer:

The answer to:

Which of the following is the most appropriate action to take for the investigator? Is:

We need to send a copy of the informed consent to the subject's wife. Then, after she speaks with the investigator she can sign the consent and send it back.

The correct answer for:

Which of the following statements in a consent form is an example of an exculpatory language?

Is:

I reject any possible compensation for injuries that might affect me as a result of my participation in this research.

Explanation:

The reasons behind the answers are: In the first question we need to find the quickest way to send the consent. It can be scanned, faxed, etc. But we need to understand that it has to be signed by the wife as she is the one with the authority to provide us the consent as the subject is unable to do so. The reason for the second question is that in the first place the consent has to include a direct statement of liberating the research, the organization behind it, and the person from any responsibility of complication.
