The correct answer is this: ZEITOUN SPOT FISH SWIMMING IN THE FLOOD WATER.
The passage given above was drawn from an account of Hurricane Katrina by Dave Eggers. In the passage, he described the hurricane experience as an apolycapses, thus likening the event to the great destruction that will befall the earth at the end of the world as recorded in the bible in the book of Revelation. The hurricane was so bad that those animals that can not fly were carried away in the flood, even the fish inside the water were affected.

The CDC also determines the particular strain of Dengue in each sample using genetic analysis. Similarities in DNA sequences ind
oksian1 [2.3K]
<h2>Next generation DNA sequencing</h2>

Explanation:

CDC must use Next generation DNA sequencing  method to determine the DNA sequence of the dengue virus.

The mostly used sequencing methods now a days are called Next-generation sequencing methods. They are faster, cheaper , accurate and need a small amount of sample.

Next generation sequencing platforms perform massively parallel sequencing, during which millions of fragments of DNA from a single sample are sequenced in unison. Massively parallel sequencing technologies facilitates high -throughput sequencing, which allows an entire genome to be sequenced in one day.

in Medical research where speed is necessary and sample size is small, these sequencing technology will be best to be used.

Explain why competition between individual of the same species is more often more intense than competition between memories of d
puteri [66]
One big reason for this is because individuals of the same species often have to fight over shared resources (this means shared food and shared environment).

Because they fight over a limited amount of space and food, competition between individuals within one species can be present and very tough.

On the other hand, having members of different species also possibly means different territories and different food sources. A lion has no quarrel with dolphins, while it can have a lot of fights with lions from different prides (large group of lions).

What function do the alveolar sacs serve in the respiratory system?
Brrunno [24]

These alveoli are the smallest types of lung tissue, and one of the most important. In addition to being the primary means by which oxygen enters and carbon dioxide escapes the bloodstream, these small pouches of air are also the reason why the lungs do not totally collapse when a person breathes out. This is because they contain a cell that secretes a special chemical to lower the surface temperature to prevent lung collapse. The alveoli also contain other cells that secrete chemicals to attack and remove any foreign objects in the lungs, such as dust, dirt and other debris.

In addition to making up alveolar sacs, alveoli also form alveolar ducts. It is estimated that there are more than 300 million alveoli in the human lungs, all of which are located in either alveolar ducts or sacs that are found at the end of the smaller passageways, or bronchioles, in the lungs.

SHORT ANSWER:

Alveolar sacs contain tiny pouches called alveoli, whose primary function is gas diffusion. These clusters of alveoli have thin walls that allow oxygen to pass easily from the lungs into the bloodstream and carbon dioxide to flow from the blood to the lungs so it can exit the body.
