Because even the poor help with the industry... for instance they can have really good ideas on how to help.. they can invent cheaper more efficient ways to do thinks.. so that they and others can actually survive and thrive in a society as hash as the one we're living in today..
As it provides a fun relaxing vaction whilst also protecting the surrounding ecosystems
It is so false, I think the colonists had a "war" about it, but it wasn't really a war more like a 1-day fight
