On Saturday I had a great day with my friend, Rodrigo, with whom I have lived great adventures. This weekend, we decided to go for a walk along the Lake Michigan shoreline near our home. We took our fishing poles and my father's boat and boarded all afternoon. It was great, we caught more than a dozen fish! In addition, the day was sunny, with a warm breeze that made everything much more enjoyable. Finally, when the sun went down, we decided to return to our homes, full of tranquility, relaxation and joy.
The Germans weren’t allowed in negotiating, and under the treaty, they were forced to disarm, surrender land, and pay reparations. Germans felt as if the treaty was forcing them to take the blame for the war. Of course, as you know, this created a lot of resentment and bitterness which has been credited to Hitler’s rise in power.
