Answer:

Explanation:

This seems to be a popular question on Brainly as it has been asked multiple times before. I think the answer really depends on what is taught in the lesson and should refer to the lesson materials.

Someone reported the answer below received a good mark:

"Putting extra effort into your work would include actions like using synonyms, avoiding too many contractions (words like "can't" or "don't" in grammar), and refraining from including your opinion in order to stay professional (unless the topic requires it). The "6 Trait Philosophy/Writing" strategy is what I plan to use in future papers. This strategy contains the 6 "steps" or "tips" for better writing, which are organization, conventions, ideas, fluency, voice, and word choice. And, of course, the standard formatting guidelines."

Less positive feedback on this answer:

"To make your papers high quality, make sure you establish a clear purpose and use a variety of sentence structures and advanced vocabulary. Organize the essay effectively to provide a coherent flow of thought/argument and stay on topic! Make sure each sentence supports your thesis/argument/purpose and avoid incorrect grammar and mechanics that could detract from your credibility. Use liking words and sentences so your essay flows."

Answer:

Explanation:

One key to show extra effort is to make your papers longer, use sophisticated words and have a nice structure. New strategies from your lessons will help if you can find them.

Other things you can do: add transitions, use stronger words, add figurative language if doing a personal narrative, or you can switch the wording around to make the paper look good.

Read this excerpt from "Eavesdropping" by Eudora Welty and answer the question. What they talked about, I have no idea … . It wa
deff fn [24]

Answer:

Option B. The words "What I felt" best establish immediacy in the above excerpt.

Explanation:

In the excerpt from "Eavesdropping" written by Eudora Welty, the author establishes immediacy in the story line by the use of words such as "What I felt." Immediacy is defined as the quality of bringing into a direct involvement with something, which gives a right sense of some sort of urgency. In literature immediacy is used to state directness and a lack of an intervention agent within the plot. When using words such as "What I felt" the reader is getting the direct and immediate perception of the character rather than a washed-out observation.
