Describe how America began participation in the institutions of slavery
Naya [18.7K]
First, slaves were brought over by the Atlantic trade or in other words Triangular trade. Since early 1800s, we were facing urbanization and a lot of factory being built throughout the nation. Which means more railroads, banks, and markets. However that occurred in the northern states such as New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and other northern states. But in the southern states, they all about living in world it once were, lack of technology and industry support. In southern states, they need someone to help them do the plantation. These plantations were sugar, cotton, tobacco, and others. So they turned and relied on the slavery.

What were the results of the air war and the battle of the atlantic? check any of the boxes that apply. allied leaders could go
Murljashka [212]

Answer:

The results of the air war and the Battle of the Atlantic were that Allied leaders could go forward with their plans to invade France; American troops and supplies reached Europe; and that by 1945 Allied bombers had reduced Germany's capability to produce war materials.

Explanation:

The Battle of the Atlantic was the part of the Second World War that was fought on the North and South Atlantic as well as after the Soviet Union's entry into the war also on the Northern Arctic Ocean. The struggle was primarily between Nazi Germany and Britain, which were later allied with the United States. By far the most significant parties were the British fleet and the German submarines.

The United Kingdom was completely dependent on maritime traffic for the island's supply and the war on the Atlantic therefore developed into a force measurement between the British fleet and the German submarines trying to stave off transport to Britain. Fighting at sea already existed from the day the British declared war on Germany (September 3, 1939), but apart from the first half of the war, fighting between surface ships (battleships, cruisers and fighters, etc.) played a minor role. In the spring of 1941, Germany's foremost battleship Bismarck was sunk, and after that the German surface ships were no major threat to the Allies' ships and convoys. However, the submarines would prove to be a much worse opponent.

After Hitler's plan to invade Britain failed, the Germans decided to start the total war at sea. The goal was to starve the British to defeat and therefore all vessels on the way or suspected of being on their way to the UK were lowered. This, of course, also went beyond ordinary passenger ships. The Germans benefited from controlling the entire Atlantic coast from northern Norway to southern France. From there, the submarines were able to go out to sea and without warning attack all vessels belonging to the Allies.

This situation finally ended with the defeat of Germany, which allowed the British to be resupplied, and France to be liberated.

The warren court __________. select one:
Anna007 [38]
<span> A. seemed to accept the feminist view of the family as a collection of sovereign individuals rather than a unit with a single male head.

The Warren Court was infamously liberal during a fairly conservative time in history. The Court made decisions in favor of civil rights, desegregation, and prayer in school. For women--Griswold v. Connecticut supported the right of a woman to seek birth control without a husband's permission and/or consent.
