Considering the comprehensive concept that systematic discrimination addresses, we can consider it as the most problematic for the criminal justice system we know, as it can be included in the most diverse situations and occasions, promoting many injustices and problems for racialized people. This is because systematic discrimination promotes patterns of behavior applicable in various elements of society that allow an organization, or system or a group of people to create disadvantages and problems for people outside the desired standards. These disadvantages can be criminal and promote suffering and even harm the victims.
