Answer with Explanation:

A lunar phase is also known as a "moon phase." This refers to how we see the Moon in different shapes as it is reflected back to Earth. Such reflection depends on the portion of the Moon that is illuminated by the sun. This explains why the amount of moon that we view from Earth changes over time.

It consists of 8 phases: New Moon, Waxing Crescent, First Quarter, Waxing Gibbous, Full Moon, Waning Gibbous, Third Quarter and Waning Crescent.

What components of the eukaryotic cell were visible in the onion root tip? Which components were not? Why do you think some comp
ruslelena [56]

Looking at the onion root tip under the microscope you can see large, rectangular cells with visible distinct cell walls surrounding it (cells have a more regular shape because of the wall). Inside the cells, you can notice darkly stained nucleus, large vacuoles at the center and sometimes small granules within the cytoplasm. Looking the onion root tip under the microscope is often the way to observe mitosis. Usually, you cannot see organelles such as mitochondria, ribosomes, rough and smooth endoplasmic reticulum, centrioles and Golgi body as they appear translucent and because are too small to be seen under the light microscope (electron microscope required). Also, chloroplasts are not present in an onion cell because it is not a photosynthetic cell.

A group of scientists designed a clinical study to investigate the effects of cholesterol deficiency in humans. For the duration
viva [34]

Answer:

c. none of the subjects to show signs and symptoms of a cholesterol deficiency during the entire study.

Explanation:

this is because the blood cholesterol is from two sources. Nearly 80% of the cholesterol the body needs are made by the liver and intestine.certain small amounts are also produced in the adrenal glands and the reproductive organs. The remaining fragment amounts comes from the diets.

Therefore even if these subjects were fed with diet without cholesterol, it will not have any significant effects on the body cholesterol composition. Therefore no symptoms of its deficiency will be observed.

Generally it biosynthesis is regulated by the amount of cholesterol present in the blood.
