Son las tres y diez and in pm it would be the same

Ps I’m a native Spanish speaker so sorry I can’t provide any explanation

3:10AM: Tres y diez de la mañana

3:10PM: Tres y diez de la tarde

Also, Spanish use military time, so it would be 3:10 and 15:10
