Maslowich

A.Yes, the Democratic Republic of the Congo is a UN member state.

B. It joined the UN  on 20th September 1960.

C. It was amidst nationwide post independence violence.

The Democratic of Congo became independent on 30th June 1960 from Belgium amidst  nationwide violent political crisis between secession groups and the new government . The UN was invited by the then President Kasavubu and Prime Minister and Patrice Lumumba respectively on the 12th of July of the same year, against the secession group backed by the Belgian government. In the robbers cave study, the boys worked together on a project, which reduced the amount of friction between the groups. they
belka [17]

Answer:

Superordinate goals

Explanation:

For Social Psychology, conflict is not a big problem. On the contrary, the absence of conflict, yes, is a negative sign. This is because a conflict is actually opposing forces, represented by divergences.  In this sense, a group that does not have any kind of divergence, possibly, does not have room for dialogue, much less to disagree. There being no room for different opinions, there is no change, or changes are imposed.

However, group conflicts are always stressful and take away the concentration of what needs to be researched. That is why Superordinate goals must always be established for everyone to seek the same thing and this results in cooperation in the group.
