Childrens rights are that of every person regardless of age. Children have a right to recieve an education is one of the first that come to mind. All Children within the United States have the right to attend school and obtain an education that is equal to that of his or her peers. Children also have the right to live with their parents or with a guaradian who is capable of caring for them. In addition children have the right to be protected at all times, and provided with a safe environment to grow up in. Laws have been put in to placceto protect children from abuse, neglect and even from being forced to work at a young age. Childrens rights have increased over the years and will continue to increase as we learn more about protecting our children.
