Answer:
After 10 years, there have been very few but significant changes in my countryside at Beaufort, South Carolina.
Explanation:
My countryside Beaufort, South Carolina is situated on Port Royal Island, Beaufort.
It features moss-draped oak trees and stunning historic homes almost everywhere you go. Lots of white-collar people from Gloucester and the Atlantic usually come down here to cool off.
The area is perfect for leisurely hikes while exploring exclusive galleries, incredible art, and antiques, plus tasty food, with a historic downtown.
Rich with lots of historical places and attractions such as the Beaufort History Museum, the town is indeed a place to visit and live in.
10 years ago, there were just a few internet cafes, with very poor network reception for data. There was no broadband in those areas. We had to wait a long stretch of minutes to view videos online. That has changed now. There are still cybercafes but people don't really need to visit them anymore given that they can access all the info they want from their mobile phones.
The population has increased too. I gathered that the population has gone up about 11 percent since 10 years ago. It used to be a small town where everyone knew everyone.
There is also a website now for the town and at least two chambers of commerce.
These developments are good because they serve the purpose of the residents. I'm happy about these changes because they are in a way relevant and still help to preserve the aura of Beaufort, South Carolina
Cheers
