Lipase breaks down lipid into its components: glycerol and fatty acids.
Maltose is a kind of sugar and therefore, carbohydrate.
Carbohydrate, lipid and protein are three of the biological macromolecules, alongside nucleotides that make up DNA.
When enzymes are heated, they denature and their shape changes. They no longer able to bind to lipid and break them down. Result would be less effective digestion of lipid and oily faeces might appear since the undigested lipid will be excreted.

Answer: The correct answer is D) Point.

Point is represented by a dot, which has no width, length or height.

On the other hand, angle is a figure formed with the help of two rays, which share a common end point.

Line is a segment, which consists of two end points whereas ray is a part of line having only one end point. Therefore, angle, line, and ray all three have width or length.

Thus, the correct option is Point.

The ingestion of which nutrient type results in the greatest food-induced thermogenesis?
monitta
Proteins

Proteins is the most thermogenic of all nutrients and macromolecules we eat. Thermogenesis is the generation of due to digestion and metabolism of food.  Studies shows that  proteins tend to be more thermogenic that carbohydrates and fats. This means that the calorie given of by proteins is converted and released as heat and less available for storage. This means that the stored energy formed from protein much of it is released as heat and unlike other macromolecules few of it is converted to a energy that can be stored.
