Describe how self-esteem can affect your ability to reach your potential.

If you have low self-esteem then you don't feel so confident in yourself, and sometimes that causes people to doubt just what they can do and just how smart they can really be. It's sadly a very common problem throughout the world.

I hate that people don't feel confident in themselves.
