For y:
Since this is a parallelogram then the values of the angles is 360 degrees
The opposite angles are equal so
360-(74x2) = 212
So y=212/2=106 degrees
Now for z
5z-24 + 74= 180
5z=130
Z= 26 degrees

5z - 24 = 106 (to solve for z.)
