100 POINTS AND BRAINLIEST FOR HELP
AfilCa [17]

1) A description of the set up that explains what happened before the scene.

A was very close to this guy that I had known since the sixth grade. We went to the same middle school and we were again close. Despite how close we were, we were just friends with no attraction towards each other. We were at the cafeteria; it was very spacious and long, and had a stage for our end-of-the-year party we have with our DJ. It was in fact, our end-of-the-year party and we were both hanging out with each other. It was a huge party. There was a disco ball and people were dancing to music. The two of us had ordered food from a nearby food truck and we ate together at one of the side tables when his friend approached us.

2) Diction that matches the characters.

I wore a white tank top with blue shorts and black converse. My friend from sixth grade wire a black T-shirt with black ripped jeans and sky blue sneakers. My friend's friend wore a pink dress with brown sandles.

3) Character objectives and obstacles are clearly conveyed.

Me and friend had just went there to have a good time since we are voth usually busy with school and homework. This was our only time to hang out together. My friend's friend came to us and asked him what he was doing with me, not knowing that we are friends.

4) A scene that escalates in dramatic intensity.

At the time, I did not know that they were dating. He focused on her and said that we are just hanging out. She looked at me and walked up to him and slapped him. Of course I was incredibly confused, but before I could say anything, she left right away. He didn't say anything except, "I have to go." We called it a night.

5) Diction that is appropriate to the audience.

The next day I asked him who she was and he told me everything, about how they were dating and how she thought he was cheating on her.

6-7) Words that are not wasted in idle chit chat. Action (stage directions) that enhance the scene.

I was on my way home one day and the girl came up to me and asked me what my relationship with him was. I tild her politely that we are just friends. She rolled her eyes at me and said that I was lying to her and threated to fight me. This turned into an argument. She was convinced that I wanted to go after her boyfriend and I told her that we are just friends from elementary school. The next few days, she followed me around the school harassing me all day. She would keep on telling me how she was going to fight me and how I was taking him away from her. The problem eventually got solved when I moved schools.
