x \frac{dy}{dx}  + 2y\frac{dy}{dx} =  - (y+2x)

Taking common d y/dx

\frac{dy}{dx} (x+2y) = -(y+2x)

\frac{dy}{dx}  = \frac{-(y+2x)}{(x+2y)}
