I would say that Anna Grace h<span>as learned to respond differently to a familiar stimulus.
So before, when any new person would enter their home, the baby would either not pay much attention to them, or just play or go to sleep. However, now, even though the situation is similar (the stimulus is familiar), the baby has changed the way it behaves around a new person because it started staring at them.

Which of these statements is an assumption the Supreme Court made when it decided the Brown case?
erma4kov [3.2K]

The correct answer is: equal treatment cannot exist in separate facilities.

Brown v. Board of Education is a case in which the Supreme Court ruled that there shouldn't be racial segregation in schools in the United States. A previous ruling (<em>Plessy v. Ferguson</em>) would state that "separate but equal" was a valid policy.

The Brown case came to disregard this thought and validate the idea that there's no such thing as an equal treatment if there are separate facilities.

nata0808 [166]

Answer:

The correct answer is C.

Explanation:

Techniques for establishing new behaviors are shaping (successive approximations), chaining, and fading. Generally, shaping refers to differential reinforcement of changes  gradual changes in the topography of a behavior, but it can also refer to differential reinforcement of gradual changes in other characteristics of the behavior such as frequency, duration, latency or magnitude, or differential reinforcement of gradual changes in the product of the behavior (for example , number of exercises solved).

Personality tests that use forced-choice questions are beneficial in identifying personality traits because they
arsen [322]

Answer:

they offer a much more accurate measurement of candidate’s personality

Explanation:

Forced choice questions format is a format for survey responses that requires respondents to provide an answer (e.g., yes or no, agree or disagree), forcing them to make judgments about each response option.

In other words, it is a format of survey that provides questions that eliminate Don’t Know and Neutral response options, such that, it forces respondents to express an opinion or attitude.

The forced choice format increases the number of survey records with responses that are usable for analysis. Hence, Forced Choice personality tests offer a much more accurate measurement of candidate’s personality even though it is difficult to construct and leads to losing in scale.

Forced-choice would be more suitable for assessing higher management or those with high cognitive skills and a simple personality test would be ideal for freshers.

Humanistic psychology emphasizes the importance of: question 1 options:
timofeeve [1]
The answer is B. a positive self-concept

Humanistic psychology deals with the individual as a unique person. It emphasizes the role of feelings and motives relating to self-esteem. And self-esteem can only be attained through a positive self-concept.

A and  C are related. Reciprocal determinism is a theory proposed by Albert Bandura that says a person's behavior is very much influenced by personal factors and his environment. External locus of control is determined by the environment. For D, it's too far from the correct answer because empirical tests are only given to validate a person's personality.
